Jonathan Arditti, PsyD
Dr. Arditti is a licensed psychologist in California and Texas who has spent his career working alongside law enforcement. Since 2015 he has been embedded with the Los Angeles Police Department as a field clinician through the LA County Department of Mental Health's SMART and CAMP co-response programs, and he has served as a Supervising Psychologist since 2023. That work puts him on scene with officers during psychiatric emergencies and critical incidents, advising command staff, clinicians, and tactical units in real time.
He founded his private practice in 2015 to bring that field experience to the evaluation side of public safety. He conducts pre-employment, second opinion, and fitness-for-duty evaluations for state, county, and municipal agencies across California.
Dr. Arditti earned his PsyD in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University. He is authorized to practice telepsychology through PSYPACT, is trained to conduct FAA Tier 2 psychological evaluations, and is a licensed pilot.
