You will receive a secure intake form and instructions by email. The evaluation may include a clinical interview, psychological testing, and a review of records. Plan for about 2 to 3 hours.

Evaluations are conducted securely and virtually, so you can complete them without traveling to an office.

Get a good night's sleep, be on time, and answer honestly. Upload any documents your agency asked for through the secure form on the Start Your Evaluation page. There is no need to study or try to give the "right" answers.

Reports go to the referring agency. If you want a copy, request it through the agency.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be reported to the referring agency.

Yes. Second opinion evaluations are available for applicants appealing or requesting reconsideration of a psychological disqualification. Check your agency's appeal process and deadlines first. See Appeals and Second Opinions for details.

Law enforcement and public safety agencies in California, along with other municipal departments. Dr. Arditti is also licensed in Texas. Referrals usually come from the agency or its background unit.

Reports are usually delivered to the referring agency within 5 to 10 business days, depending on complexity and how quickly records are available. Expedited evaluations are available on request.
