This website provides general information about the psychological evaluation and consultation services offered by Jonathan Arditti, PsyD. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. General information only
Nothing on this site is psychological, medical, or legal advice for any individual situation. Information about evaluation processes, standards, and timelines is general and may differ by agency, jurisdiction, and case.
3. No clinical relationship
Visiting this site, watching its videos, sending a message through the contact form, or emailing the practice does not create a psychologist-client relationship. An evaluation relationship begins only when an evaluation is scheduled and the required consent and authorization forms are completed.
4. Not for emergencies
This site and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you or someone else is in danger, call 911. If you are in emotional crisis, call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
5. Evaluations and outcomes
Evaluations are conducted independently and objectively. No particular outcome is promised or guaranteed, including for second opinion or appeal evaluations. Timelines described on this site, such as typical report turnaround, are estimates and are not guarantees.
6. Forms and submissions
Please use each form for its intended purpose. The contact form is for general questions and should not include health information. Candidate information should be submitted only through the secure intake forms. Agencies should submit referrals through the referral form, by email, or by fax. How submitted information is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Content and intellectual property
The text, design, videos, and documents on this site belong to the practice unless otherwise noted. You may share links to the site and download documents such as the capability statement and curriculum vitae for their intended use, but you may not copy or republish site content for commercial purposes without permission.
8. Links to other sites
This site links to outside websites and services, including Google Forms, YouTube, and the California POST website. The practice is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
